After years of fine tuning my art (firstly at a gym and later on at a PT studio) I have come to the realisation that what they don't teach you at PT school is the "Personal" side of the business.
To me, family and friends come first. The clients that I train are not only clients, but now family and friends.
I don't think any of my clients want to repeatedly do the same workout.'
I am of the belief that my strongest attribute is variety. My clients range from early adolescence all the way to those in their 70s.
Training such a broad spectrum of clientele requires research and it's this thirst for knowledge that allows me to be up to date with the latest fitness trends.
It's this mindset that forms the basis of my own "Workout Project".
Everyone has the ability to be their own project and it's this individualisation that helps with a client reaching their ever evolving fitness goals.
